Madinah Academy of Madison is accepting applications for a full-time Kg/1st grade teaching position to begin in August, 2010.  Applications should be received by March 29, 2010.

Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will be a talented and dedicated teacher; a team-player, with excellent classroom management and communication skills. In addition to being knowledgeable about the subjects taught, the candidate must have the ability to motivate students, as well as understand the students' educational and emotional needs. He/she must be able to recognize and respond to individual and cultural differences in students and employ different teaching methods that will result in higher student achievement. He/she must be organized, dependable, patient, and creative. Also must be able to work cooperatively and communicate effectively with other teachers, support staff, parents, and members of the community.  

Qualification:  

• Candidates should have a BA/BS Degree
• Certified as a teacher from an accredited institution.
• A minimum of 1 year teaching experience in an accredited educational institution.
• Experience in non traditional educational settings or similar experience.
